Two tracks. Take either, or both.

Some providers already inject and want the hormone science. Some want the hands-on injectable day. You choose — nothing is bundled against your will.

— 01

Aesthetic injectables

A full-day foundations cohort capped at six licensed providers. Facial anatomy and danger zones, neurotoxin and dermal filler technique, complication prevention and management — with supervised hands-on injecting, not observation from row twelve.

Full day · 6 seats · Saturday
Designed for 8.0 contact hours · CE designation pending
— 02 · THE WEDGE

Hormone replacement, brought to your practice

Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for women and men: physiology, therapy selection, laboratory interpretation and monitoring, side-effect and patient-concern management, plus the operational playbook for adding hormone care to your practice. Take it in person on Sunday, or online later.

In person · Online · Add-on day two
Designed for contact hours incl. pharmacology · CE designation pending
— 03

Private preceptorship

One provider, one instructor, one day — built entirely around your gaps and your patient population. Case-based, competency-checked against a structured skills rubric, and finished with a written development plan.

Private · Monday · By application

Injectable product for hands-on practice is provided by the Institute. Hands-on enrollment requires our credential intake packet — state license, malpractice insurance, and medical-director/MSO verification (or your state's equivalent) — submitted through the secure intake link before you book travel. Verification only; we never ask for your private business details. You train under your own license and coverage. First-cohort pricing applies through the January 2027 cohort. The instructor difference

Built to teach.
Not just to inject.

Most clinical courses are taught by talented clinicians who were never taught how people actually learn. Every Aura Clinical Institute syllabus is engineered as instruction: measurable objectives, deliberate practice, assessed outcomes. You leave having demonstrated competency — not holding a photo of a certificate.

Our founder trained under some of the best in the industry and practices what she teaches every week in her own clinic. She holds formal instructional certification through the Academic Instructor Course at USAF Air University, and the curriculum is engineered to that standard.

Evidence first. Brand names never. Your hands, watched until the skill is actually yours.
The setting

Your clinic, or come to San Antonio

Train where medicine is actually practiced — in a working, physician-supervised clinic. Or we bring the program to your practice, hospital, or campus. Larger cohorts may be hosted in a dedicated training space; the venue is confirmed with your enrollment.

For institutions

Individual providers, private practices, and health systems

Hormone replacement therapy is expanding fast across coverage and practice — and the training pipeline has not caught up. Most providers were never taught it, and it is largely absent from current nurse-practitioner curricula. We built the program that fills that gap, and we deliver it at whatever scale you need.

Individual providers & small practices

Weekend cohorts, private preceptorship, and self-paced online study. Designed for CE contact hours (designation pending) that are often reimbursable through your employer's education benefit.

Hospital systems

Provider training for systems standing up or expanding hormone therapy services — delivered on your weekday calendar, on site or virtually, for training and compliance departments. Syllabi supplied in advance for review and approval.

Universities & NP programs

Pharmacology-based hormone-therapy instruction for nurse-practitioner and advanced-practice tracks, scheduled to semester or quarter calendars. Exportable nationwide — in person with published travel costs, or delivered digitally.

Questions

What providers ask us

When is the first cohort?

Mid-to-late January 2027, in San Antonio, Texas. Deposits are open now and reserve a seat, accepted pending CE approval. We deliberately set the date far enough out that you can arrange flights, time off, and employer approval — training is not a last-minute decision.

Will I earn CE contact hours?

Courses are designed for CE contact hours, and CE designation is pending through an accredited joint provider. The designated hours will be stated explicitly on each course page once the designation letter is in hand. Until then, courses award a certificate of completion. Many employers reimburse continuing education — ask your education benefit administrator.

Is the hormone training bioidentical?

Yes — bioidentical hormones only, for both women and men. The curriculum covers physiology, therapy selection, laboratory interpretation and monitoring, side-effect and patient-concern management, and the operational side of adding hormone care to a practice.

Do I have to take both days?

No. Many providers already inject and only want the hormone science; others want the hands-on injectable day. Take either track alone, or both as the weekend bundle. You choose at signup.

Who can enroll?

Licensed medical professionals only — MD, DO, NP/APRN, PA, RN, and DDS. We do not train unlicensed individuals in injectable techniques. Before a hands-on seat is confirmed, every enrollee submits a short credential packet through our secure intake link: state license verification, a current malpractice certificate, and verification of your medical-director or MSO structure (or your state's equivalent where none is required). Verification only — we never ask for your private business details. You train under your own license and coverage; our medical director does not cover trainee injections. These requirements are sent to you in writing before you book travel.

Is this sponsored by a pharmaceutical or device company?

No. The curriculum is deliberately brand-neutral: generic agent names, evidence-first content, and no industry sponsorship of educational material. That independence is a founding principle.

How much hands-on time do I actually get?

Cohorts are capped at six. Every attendee injects under direct supervision, and the day is structured so the majority of time is at the chair — not in the seats.

Can you train our hospital system or university program?

Yes. The same curriculum runs on a weekday calendar for health systems standing up hormone services and for nurse-practitioner and advanced-practice programs, where hormone therapy is largely absent from current curricula. Delivered on site with published travel costs or digitally, and scheduled to your semester, quarter, or clinic calendar. Syllabi are supplied in advance for review and approval. Request the syllabus package through the interest form.

Can you come train our team at our practice?

Yes — that's ACI On-Site. Amanda brings the full curriculum to your practice anywhere in the U.S.: your team (up to four providers per visit), your treatment rooms, scheduled around your clinic days. One- and two-day formats, from $7,500 per day plus travel. Request a quote through the interest form and note "on-site" — we'll schedule a scoping call.

Is there an online version?

The hormone-replacement program will be available on demand after the first cohort. We record and fully transcribe cohort one, so on-demand students get complete notes and handouts without taking notes themselves. It is not sold before that cohort runs.

What does it cost, really?

Exactly what the pricing table says — we publish our rates. Injectable product for hands-on practice is provided by the Institute; the only added cost is travel for on-site visits, quoted before you commit. First-cohort members lock founding pricing.

Can you help me build the business side too?

Yes — that's Practice Builder, run by our MBA co-founder. It ranges from a $750 roadmap session to full done-with-you launch and growth packages: business plan, financial model, brand, a website like this one, local SEO, and a working marketing engine. Training alumni get $1,000 off packages. Your attorney, CPA, and medical director finalize what we draft.

Continuing education: Aura Clinical Institute courses are designed for CE contact hours; CE designation is pending through an accredited joint provider, and designated hours will be announced per course once a designation letter is issued. Deposits for the January 2027 cohort are accepted pending CE approval. Programs award a certificate of completion and are open exclusively to licensed medical professionals. Educational programming only — completion does not confer board certification or independent scope of practice. Participants train under their own license, malpractice coverage, and medical-director or MSO structure.
